I have the pleasure to share with you this vintage stemming from my oldest vineyards and from my best soils.
Manually harvested, converted into wine in the purest tradition, this wine is mostly syrah, Grenache, mourvèdre, and cinsault.

Served between 16 and 18 degrees, it will reveal all its aromas.
