Bulles de blanc

Our white “Bulle de blanc”, made from Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Clairette, partially dealcoholised to 7°, and produced with a traditional secondary fermentation, is a unique wine that combines the aromatic profile of a white wine with a lively effervescence. The traditional secondary fermentation, usually associated with wines such as Champagne or Crémant, gives this white wine a sparkling texture and additional complexity.

Aromatic and Taste Profile

Nose

The nose is lively, revealing fresh aromas of white fruits. Citrus nuances, particularly lemon, bring a refreshing and slightly crisp note. The traditional secondary fermentation adds a fine and persistent mousse, enriching the bouquet with an additional layer of complexity.

Mouth

On the palate, this white wine offers a light, effervescent texture, with a delicate, creamy mousse that brings a sensation of freshness and liveliness. Its partial dealcoholisation to 7° gives it a pleasant lightness while preserving a beautiful concentration of flavours. Notes of white fruits and citrus continue to shine through, with a refreshing intensity and a subtle hint of minerality. The fine bubbles add structure and lift to the overall profile

Final

A fresh and thirst-quenching finish, leaving citrus aromas on the palate.
